The unit was clean, comfortable bed, smart TVs, updated counter tops and appliances, etc. I also liked how it had driveway parking so I didn’t have to leave my rental on the street. The unit is also equipped with 1gig fiber internet from Google, so streaming on a smart TV is seamless. 「Property was very clean, beautifully renovated, and the kitchen was very well stocked! The neighborhood was very nice - a school just down a couple blocks down that our kids used for a playground in the afternoon. We were super impressed and we would definitely stay again!」

「This property has a good location. Close to the Plaza and Westport. We have stayed here a couple times for a Chiefs game weekend. The two bedrooms are great with king beds in each and a bathroom for each bedroom as well. Nice common area for the living room and kitchen. Some things are in disrepair such as the bathroom doors, hooks on the back of the doors and simple things that could use an upgrade. Walls are very thin and you can hear people in the apartments above you and next to you. Overall...

「House was perfect for the 4 of us. Manager Lance communicated very well before, during, and after our stay. Quiet neighborhood close to many KC activities. House was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. All 3 queen beds were comfortable. Both bathrooms had everything we needed and showers had good water pressure and had all soaps and shampoos needed. We had a nice parking spot in the back, but right in front of the house on the street was also always available.」

「This was just perfect for us. We were visiting KC for a baseball tournament and the location couldn't have been better. Very clean. My only complaint (which is hardly one) is that we arrived after 9pm and had a hard time figuring out which door to enter to get into the specific unit. The outside numbers on the building threw us off. I tried to call my contact person, but no answer. We figured it out and all was well. 「We had a great time at The Nelson condo. It was a good location to launch from as we revisited our favorite Kansas City spots. And the space is cute and functional. Despite some difficulty with road construction for the streetcar expansion, and the inconvenient outage of the elevator, we were happy with our pick for staying in KC for a long weekend. And lastly, there were a few minor issues upon arrival, but the property manager had a maintenance person there to address the issues within hours...

「Things i like most is there is plenty of room, bathroom counter space and a king size bed. It is on the 3rd floor so it is quiet but there are several flights of stairs to haul your stuff up and down.」

「The place was nice. Close to everything. And owner had great communication. It was fully stocked with dishes and all. (We made our own breakfast). Was nice having a washer and dryer downstairs in the basement. Only issue, which is not owners fault, is the living room temperature couldn't keep up with the heat. It stayed around 78 degrees during the day( we sat the temp. To 68.) But the 2 bedrooms would freeze you out at night:).」

「We loved this rental so much we extended our stay. Its very spacious I love the back patio and the upstairs is like a private bungalow. There were a couple items left in the mini fridges but i was a housekeeper before and its a common mistake.」
