「建築和天然景觀非常的棒，但團客太多很吵雜，餐廳用餐區桌子密度太高。而且房間 mini bar 只有飲料没點心也没水果，大型飯店有寶石商店卻没有零食小賣店，餐廳點心和輕食選擇也少，所以最好自備些點心以防肚子餓了没什麼東西可吃。」

「If U like to experience Safari, Palmstone Retreat is the place. The hotel has been open for only 3 months when we were there. The hotel is very beautiful. U can look out into the woods and stream first thing when U wake up in your bed. Rooms are huge. The manager, Cavindi, is by far the most friendly one I have met. The only thing that need to improve is the road that lead from the main road to the hotel. It is very narrow, dark at night, bumpy and steep. It took us 40 mins one single trip...

「The hotel is located up the hill, 4km hilly drive to the main road. Good thing is it's very secluded, all quiet and tranquil in the middle of some small villages and tea farms. Bad thing is you won't want to go out at all. The hotel is very vintage colonial stage, well pre-served from its tea factory days.
