Our pool is open ALL YEAR and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
Free private parking, located in downtown.
We now have an OFFICE with desk and office chair and 1 bedroom with a king bed.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. we are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.
The interior of this upstairs apartment has been tastefully decorated to match the style of the time, but with all the modern conveniences.
including large umbrellas and outside dining table for the perfect meal.

Flat screen TV's in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.
The apartment is equipped with a full bath that includes a tub/shower combination.
The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in which we provide the soap for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, and utensils. We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Spring Break

We had a great time in St. Augustine. This property was a short walk to the heart of the city, including attractions, resturants, and shopping. We only had to move the car when we did a quick grocery run other than that, we were able to keep the car parked and walk every where. We will definitely recommend this property to others.

Wonderful roomy two BR and den apartment

The property was clean and well furnished. The building is pretty and we had our own parking space It is a very walkable five blocks away ftom King Street, the main street in downtown St. Augustine. We walked everywhere!

Perfect get away

The apartment was great! Everything that we needed. Very comfortable and clean. Great location, very close to the historic downtown area. It was even warm enough for us to enjoy the pool for a bit. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice little getaway

If you are looking for a place to stay in St Augustine, this is the spot for you. Quiet neighborhood, easy check in, and I got to meet Kirsten she is very sweet. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I for a quick getaway for a few days.

Home away from home

We love St. Augustine! This is the second year we have stayed at this property and it is lovely. Perfect walking distance from downtown and driving distance from Vilano Beach. It's clean and neat and the owners are super easy to communicate with. Love it!

Description of facilities was accurate (very clean and updated). Comfortable location to explore downtown by walking. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended. You don’t need to use the trolley or your car - all the downtown sites / activities are accessible by walking. We stayed in Apartment 3 which is upstairs (if you want downstairs make sure apartments 1 or 2 are available).

Wonderful retreat in St. Augustine

The property was perfectly located just south of St. Augustine’s historic district. Well equipped, clean and very functional. The pool was an added bonus. Kirsten and Michael were very friendly and helpful.

All the comforts of home

Nice, clean, modern building, apartment was very clean, nice appliances., fully stocked kitchen (i.e. plates, cook wear, etc.) Nice and quiet neighborhood comfortably furnished. Just a nice cozy comfy spot, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great base for exploring St. Augustine.

Immaculate apartment in quaint historic area. Everything we needed was provided and Kirsten was very quick to reply to any questions we had. The kitchen is well equipped if you like to cook, or it is a short 10 minute walk into the downtown for many restaurant options. Lovely pool area too. Unfortunately, the weather was not warm enough for us to use it. Off street parking was nice too. Very well run property.

Spectacular

What a wonderful apartment. What a wonderful location. What a wonderful pool!!! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We ended up so relaxed that in our last day we just lounged by the pool. Even though the heat index was 115 degrees. All the attractions of St Augustine are very close. Only a short walk or Uber drive away. I would absolutely book this place again. Thank you so much Kirsten!!

Property was very well layed out. The rooms were clean and the kitchen as well stocked. I was not a big fan of the temperature in the apartment during the day. The air would run all day but the temperature was 76 and up during the day. It would cool down at night after the outside temp dropped.

wonderful!

Kiersten was kind and very helpful. the home was very clean and comfortable... and the pool was a Godsend considering how hot August in St Augustine is! The neighborhood appears to be in the midst of quite a bit of updating. but old or new, it was quite charming and everyone we encountered seemed very friendly. I will definitely want to stay here again - and as my youngest just started at Flagler, I'm sure I will be visiting often.

Quick Get-A-Away

My friend and i stayed at the property and enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and proximity to the historic district. The location is walkable to St. George street and local breweries and distilleries. A quick 15 min drive will bring you to the beaches. The only downside was the construction going on in the unit next to us which we were only notified the day prior. They were working outside near the pool as well, so it was noisy trying to relax.
