“We got an upgrade from a room with 2 queens on a main floor to a room upstairs with a king because the room with 2 queens was needed for someone unable to navigate the stairs. Luckily this wasn't an issue for us (a couple), but the staff didn't ask (though we've stayed there before so perhaps she recognized our names). The room smelled a bit of stale smoke which seemed to be coming from the ancient (but efficient) AC unit. Would be nice to have a nightstand (and outlet) on both sides of the bed……

“This is an older property that is well maintained except for the towel bars in the bathroom. It appeared several had been removed from different locations on the wall and there was no place convenient to the sink for the hand towels. There was one rack that was convenient to the tub/shower.”

“We came for a memorial service and our whole family came down with norovirus the next day after arrival. 20 of us after using the pool and facilities and eating in the great room. The eggs and biscuits and gravy were burned and re-used Saturday morning. Looks like they were left out or reheated for days. By synday morning we were all deathly sick. Called the MN dept of health and reported it.”
