When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.」

「The staff were very friendly . Everyone was very helpful and they were accommodating to my 4 year old son . It was just the two of us and when dining everyone was very helpful grabbing stuff so I didn’t have to wait in lines when my son wanted something else . The room was clean and the property was well maintained someone was always cleaning . The beach did have a lot of seaweed but they offered transportation to another beach . The water slide and water park were down but there was still a lot...

「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」
