"Room was very spacious, cleans and well appointed. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. We would like to thank Andrea for her great help with our enquiries and to the staff member who checked us in (sorry I don’t catch her name) The Breakfast is amongst the best we’ve experienced at a hotel. Would 100% recommend this hotel. Thankyou. "

"Check-in was quick and easy as someone was at the desk but there were times I would have liked to ask a question of a staff member but there was no one around. I would also like to have had a suitcase stand rather than have it opened on the floor. I don't like to us the bed as a suitcase stand as the suitcase is not particularly clean."

"Accommodation as expected, lovely clean and spacious apartment upstairs in the property. Communication was prompt and courteous - we did have some issues with the WiFi and TV but this was sorted out quickly. Recommended."
