Perfect family getaway

All the stars for this one!! The stay has been wonderful. Plenty of space for the family. We enjoyed the pool, the fire pit, golf, volleyball, and other games you name it, like a mini resort! My daughters absolutely enjoyed it and that’s what meant the most to me! I’d recommend the home to everyone! Thanks for letting us stay!!

Great home and stay, a few communication hiccups

Our family had a great time in this home. It was very clean and well designed to entertain families and groups. We loved the pool, the sand volleyball court and blackstone grill. The sand was so nice at the house that we didn't even go to the beach! There was a pack and play on site, which was a huge help for our young family. Fair warning though for travelers with toddlers, the stairs are pretty step with a slight turn, which I wouldn't want our kids navigating alone.We had a few hiccups in communication with the host, of which I will take partial responsibility, but will also place some on the property management company. Upon booking, I indicated that we wanted the pool to be heated, and in a separate message a few days prior to check-in, I asked for the pool to be heated. I did miss a follow up question that re-confimed my request, so the pool wasn't heated for the first couple days of our stay.There were also some issues getting the golf simulator setup and missing equipment, which the management team helped troubleshoot fairly quickly. Finally, our daughter left behind her beloved blanket. We realized it quickly as we got to the airport, but were never able to recover it, despite alerting the management team and housekeeping immediately.We LOVED the house, and the management team was responsive and professional, but a few hiccups prevented it from being a full 5 star experience.
