The MAIN FLOOR BATHROOM is conveniently located centrally and next to the pool.

This property sits on a quiet water inlet and in close proximity to our neighbors. Please plan your trip accordingly and contact us with any questions or clarifications.

Special Note: Pool is heated during winter in an attempt to maintain 80-85 degrees, however, pool temps will fluctuate depending on strength and frequency of cold fronts. We do not guarantee any temperature at any time. In winter time, supplemental heating is available for $250.00 per week which involves running the pump and heater for up to 16 hours per day as opposed to the normal 10. We cannot guarantee what temperature will be achieved as it is dependent on the outside temperature. Similarly, pool will often reach over 90 degrees in summer naturally. Guests should consider the forecast in their decision both prior to arrival and during your stay.
