So to start off, we were not given the correct code to the check in. We arrived late into the night so when I called, the man who answered seems quite bothered by the late call.
Then when we entered the condo, we were stopped in our tracks. Roaches, tons of dirt and grim, broken floor boards, messed up walls, looked like the walls had been spit on and left, mold around the both bath/showers, backdoor did not lock, it was DIRTY and GROSS. We attempted to speak with the management company multiple times that night and the next day and they were most difficult to get a hold of. They were also bothered very much that we had problems. Even a worker came to "spray for bugs" said that the condo was in horrible shape. We were only there for two nights but we unfort could not find another place to sleep. Everything was sold out or so out of our budget that we could not make it happen. No one wanted to sleep under the covers or on top of them. We just felt dirty. You would think after learning of this that they would make it right- 100%. Not one family needs to stay in the condo until it is fixed, painted, scrubbed, de-molded, etc.
