Loved this small condo with a large deck to watch the sunset. Quirky but clean room. Beautiful beach right across the street. Great vacation at a good price.

Great location!!

This property is in the perfect location, close to the beach, and all the restaurants within walking distance. Although the bathroom was tiny with a small shower, it was plenty of room in the living area in this first floor studio. Beautiful sun deck, with great view comes with it. Enjoyed our stay.

Location is perfect. Building with many units was surprisingly quiet. The bathroom is frankly horrific - never renovated, literally a nook, shower doesn't fit adults, tile painted over and peeling.

The overall stay was decent , the bed could be a little more comfortable and the couch needs updated . Other than that great location, not very wild . The people were friendly . And a bar and grill is rite above where the rooms were and it was considerably peaceful for being a bar . I’d probably stay at the same place again if I were to travel to the same area again.

Cozy and Convenient

Location was great. This beach town is a hidden gem. The condo was spacious enough for two guest, anymore would be a bit crammed. The bed was comfy and yes the bathroom is small but it's manageable. We got ready in the living room. Few suggestions ; Ask for more towels before you check in , shower shoes are a good idea to not track sand on your feet after showering. The restaurants near by had great food and the beach grill was tasty. You will enjoy your time here. The owner was kind to accommodate a few request of ours.

Studio was much larger than expected. Plenty of room for my husband and I. Nice quiet building. We love the sunset deck were met some other great people. Shower is small but we didn’t mind. The ice cream/coffee shop along with great bars and boutiques. ALSO, just north of Paradise Grill on the beach you can rent chairs w/ umbrellas! We will be back!

Great location for a beach get-away!

The unit is located in a great area! The bathroom is pretty small and the shower would be tough for someone tall. The shutters on the windows inside do not close all the way and the north window is missing the pull shade. The refrigerator has some kind of water leak inside - most likely from the freezer - that leaves water pooling on the shelf. But you can't beat the location - Pass-A-Grille!! The Paradise Grill just a short walk and on the beach was awesome! Great food and free coffee refills. We will definitely be returning to this area!!

Location was awesome. Unit was spacious and clean. Shower was probably smallest I’ve ever seen and I’m not very big. Kitchen was not equipped with enough silverware. I bought a blender and left it for future patrons. Sleep hours are a small window of about midnight to 7:00 am as this unit is right by the front gate. It slams every time people enter and exit even though signs are up to close quietly.

It is very unpleasant for me to give this such a distasteful review but I must warn you. I took my mom for a getaway and we were astonished at the filth. The place was grossly dirty and everything was done to a bare minimum. One trash bag for 5 days just so many things. I wouldn't be caught dead walking barefoot in here—lots of bugs flying around. The bathroom, I read reviews until 2021 about the bathroom so I thought...he must have done something about it by now. Nope, hair, filth, and just not a clean feeling. I had to wear my shoes in the shower sadly. The rugs, and the couch just gross. The location is perfect but certainly not worth it for the quality of the room you get.

Pass on this place in Pass A Grille

This property is in a great location. However there are things that need corrected in this unit. Mold in the shower and on the old shower curtains, Paint peeling in the shower. The shower is so small that if you are over 150lbs you will have difficultly showering. There are no chairs or a table in the unit. There is an oddly place chandelier over a small day bed that can not be used. The mattress is way beyond it's useful life, Not one good night of sleep was had. There is no outdoor space with this unit. There is a nice patio on the second floor for all tenants to use. The property manager was good and responded to our concerns. Pass A Grille is a special place, we will go back but would not stay at this property again.

Loud location with world's smallest bathroom

This place looks a lot better in the pictures. The owner has tried to make some updates, but those updates fall woefully short. The kitchen is okay, but the bathroom is awful. At 6' and 210 I'm not a huge guy. However, the shower head was at my eye level and the walls of the shower were within 4 inches of my shoulders. I barely had room to turn around. The bathroom sink was equally small. The faucet in the sink sprayed all over if you turn the water on too much. The tile in the bathroom has been painted and the paint is coming off in several places. Then there's the location. This is a busy location with people coming and going all day and into the late night. People were constantly walking by the window (ground floor) and looking into our window. There is a metal gate right outside our room that enters into the courtyard outside our front door. Unless you were very gentle in closing the gate, it would loudly rattle. This was constant throughout the day and sometimes waking us up at 2 and 4 am with people returning from a night of partying. Also, it sounded like baby hippos walking back and forth all night. Sometimes it sounded like they were moving furniture all around. We love Pass a Grille, but we will definitely not return to this particular place.

Bathroom condition

Bathroom needs to be redone. It's really tight space don't think much can be done about that. Condition is rough though. Shower paint peeling. Faucet splatters out of sink. No where to put toiletries. Shower curtain too long and curtain bar very rusted. Bed was comfortable.

Great location

I knew there was gonna be construction, just didn’t understand the extent . It was loud in the early morning. They could offer more than one dish towel and more than one hand towel for dishes. Plus it was mixed with the bath towels, so hard to find . The shower is small , so be prepared. Other than that the location was amazing .
