Xmas beach vacation

Great property with amazing beach and ocean views. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and the location was ideal being on the beach and directly across from John’s Pass Village. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay here again

This is our second year back to this place and we absolutely love it! It has everything you need for a great stay and in a wonderful location. We got to see manatees and the ocean was warm and beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Wonderful beach trip

This condo is wonderful. It has a beautiful view and you can walk to Johns Pass. Check in process was easy and access to the beach and pool were convenient. We will visit Madeira Norte again in the future.

Perfect spot

Our stay was great. It was across the street from a bar with music that we all enjoyed each evening from our balcony. The view was perfect for one of my favorite things to do WATCH the SUNSET I’d stay again only thing I’d recommend is a larger bed in the spare room. Thank you

Location and dolphins!

We came down for a vaca/work trip to get out of town. The condo was clean and the view from the porch was an amazing way to start the morning. We had so much fun walking across the street to John’s pass for shopping, drinks, and food! Live music played from there all day starting at 1230.

This condo and location did not disappoint! Contactless check-in was simple and convenient. The unit was clean and well-appointed. We loved the convenience of John’s Pass Village across the street, as well as the beach access directly in front of the building. We also loved the beautiful view from our balcony! We would absolutely return!

Love this condo ! We have stayed here 3 times over the years. Perfect location for shopping, eating and beach fun. Only have one request, wish there was a couple blankets in the closets for the cooler nights.☀️❤️🥰 Looking forward to our next trip already. This is our favorite spot ! Almost hate to let people know 🤷‍♀️I don’t want to lose it .. lol. ONLY NEGATIVE: salt&pepper, couple laundry pods . But I’ll remember to pack some next time ☝️❤️

There was a bar across the street that played live music outside from about 11am to 10pm. Singers were all really good and it wasn't annoyingly loud on the condo patio(quite pleasant actually). The rooms were nice and there were 2 beds (trundle) in the second bedroom. We also used the pullout couch bed. Kitchen had most things you need and having laundry in the condo was convenient. The location was excellent with everything you need within walking distance except groceries. Shops, restaurants and activities abounded. If you dont lime this area, you are boring. Boring or not, you can walk to the beach. Sunsets would be amazing from the patio or beach but we had clouds at every sunset. We would highly recommend this location.

Nice location

The condo is located in a nice spot within walking distance of many restaurants and little boutiques. The condo itself is set up to be comfortable for the week… pros- towels, sand chairs, proximities beach and john’s pass. Cons- the floor was not really clean and got progressively dirtier as week went on ( door mats at each door would be great, we used towels), constant construction, pool closed which we were not told. When booked it said it would be happening in March. This was a big disappointment. We were told to check in get our keys in a lock box… no lock box with our number, really confusing.. Management was able to give us an elevator code to get upstairs instead… not sure why this wasn’t done right away. Elevators and keys are extremely glitchy. Not just us having difficulty even work men and and other tenants had trouble with keys and elevators and stair doors. We are supposed to receive 20% off for pool but I have not heard anything and we checked out today. This could be a great place… and we see work being done, unfortunately lack of pool and not being told really put a damper on trip.

Wonderful place

We truly enjoyed our stay. So close to many shops and walking distance to John’s pass. The access to the beach was easy. The condo was spacious and we loved the balcony view. Pictures were accurate and no surprises. Check in and check out was simple and responses were quick if we had questions. Thanks you for sharing your place with us.

Beautiful condo and great location.

The condo was very clean and equiped with extra chairs for beach and an umbrella. Location was just across the street from johns pass and could sit on our balcony and hear the afternoon and nightly live entertainment. Short distance to shopping and water sports. Loved walling the beach early morning and several times saw a group of dolfins. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Turning 65

Spent ten days at this location to celebrate 65th birthdays. We had no issues. The property was as advertised, was clean and we enjoyed every aspect of our stay.
