Nice Getaway

The property was just as described. It was clean, across the street from the beach, and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. It contained everything needed for a complete comfortable stay.

Always a great stay

I love staying at Tropic Breeze. Never been in a bad unit. The short walk to the beach is fine and love hanging at the pool!

I would definitely recommend this place!

I brought three 14-year-old girls for a summer vacation & Sandy Beach was a great choice. The kitchen had every utensil you could possibly need. The pool was clean & very enjoyable.

Awesome little getaway

I was really happy with the accommodations. I love the convenience of having a amenities available to us. The weather was a little cool so it was nice to have a heated pool for the kids. Great food options and walking distance and there was an awesome little carnival when we went so all in all we had a great time, we'll definitely be back!

No crowd, conveniently located near beach and store next door

The pool was never crowded and we spent much of our time there. The space was perfect for three people. There was a convenience store right next door, so we walked over for coffee each a.m. Overall, located in a quiet neighborhood.

Guys Trip

Last minute opportunity presented itself, friends converged on Mad Beach. Condo was clean and comfortable and suited our needs. Pool area was good, location in relation bars restaurant good. There's the gulf Blvd trolley.

We loved our stay! Nice place and great location!

The managers were awesome and helped with minor issues very quickly. The place fit perfectly for my son and myself and two of my sons friends. I gave them the room with the two beds and I was quite comfortable on the pull out bed in the living room. Both rooms have a tv so that was a plus too. The beach is just a walk across the road and they have a nice pool on the property. Great trip!

Good not perfect

So we enjoyed the rental for the most part, the two complaints I have is the pool was dirty pur entire stay even after the attendent "cleaned" it. Second our ac was not good, set to 69 and most of the time it was 75 or higher never came below 72. Other than that the unit was great close to lots of resturants and other useful places. Quick walk to the beach. Would probably stay again if ac problem is resolved.

Great location!

When we walked in it smelled so fresh and clean. The place was immaculate! The host was super friendly and accommodating. This location is perfect. The only complaint was not enough toilet paper for a family of four and the toilet was a little wonky. Luckily my husband was able to fix the toilet and we just got more toilet paper. All in all we had a wonderful time here and would definitely book again.

Close to Beach

We loved being across the street from the beach and enjoyed the pool. There were a few restaurants nearby. It seemed to be a quieter area in comparison to John's Pass and St. Pete area but was those areas were still close enough for us.

Property was great to stay at. Great location able to walk easily to John's Pass.

The unit was clean and comfortable the only bad thing I can say is the mattress on one of the beds was super uncomfortable and made so much noise everytime you rolled over or moved.

Great for low key getaway

Apartment was very clean. Good selection of pots and pans for cooking. Quiet location close to everything. Beach access right across the street.

Relaxing with a Personal Touch

The property manager, Carrie, was wonderful! She was so helpful in trying to locate an extra night's stay when we ran into an issue with a hotel that overbooked. The on-site property manager/resident was amazing and resourceful, and he maintained a well-cared-for property. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

Nice place
