We enjoyed our stay, which was managed by a management group. You have to sign a lease, which wasn't a big deal. They were responsive to any issues we had and took care of them immediately. All in we enjoyed our stay.

Filthy dirty bad odor

From the moment we walked in there was a horrid odor throughout the entire house. On top of that the house was filthy and I am not talking about a little bit of dust, there were crumbs all over the kitchen counter as well as debris all over the floor. We could not even take our shoes off to walk around the house. The dishwasher was unusable and was extremely dirty to the point where I did not feel comfortable using it, there was a dirty plate in it. We just left it and hand washed the dishes in the sink the entire stay. The beds were comfy and the sheets and towels seemed clean. The pool was great but the pool area was littered with beer bottle caps and other garbage as well as being really dirty, we did not feel comfortable sitting on the lounge couch outside as it appeared very dirty. The washing machine has mold on the outside rim of it but seemed to be in good working order.
