Great stay & close to Gulf beaches

Great communication with property manager from time of booking through checkout. Home was clean, tastefully decorated, and met all of our needs.

Horrible - 1 star is too many. STAY AWAY!

Property is materially different than listed. Had zero children's amenities as promised, outdoor patio furniture was in wasp infested garage, and check in instructions threatened a 250 fine for moving furniture that was already in the wrong place. Oh, and the BBQ grill is still in the box, in a million pieces. The kitchen faucet will cut your hand, the refrigerator shelves are broken, nothing on the walls are straight, the clock on the wall is right exactly twice a day, there are no battery covers on any remotes, and the place is on a dead end sketchy street. The wifi didn't work as described, the listing had noted dining for 6, but there were only 4 chairs, and 2 were so horribly put together you could not sit on them. The listing at the time promised a dishwasher and drip coffee maker but none existed. When brought to attention of property manager, they denied they advertised them. ...We sent screenshots. We planned to stay for 10 days, and allowed ourselves to be tourtured with lip service and empty promises for 3 days before leaving. We'll be seeing them in court for all the damages they caused us. Could not be a more miserable stay in a more miserable place, with a property manager "Irina" (which we found out later is acutally "Mosa" when we called VRBO) who is full of nothing but empty promises and asks you to wait patiently for everything to be fixed. Well, in 3 days, they did absolutely nothing. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. You've been warned.
