This place was amazing! Booked for family trip and was one of the best VRBOs we have stayed in! Communication with hosts were was great!! Would definitely book again! Don’t debate, book it!!

Fantastic Beach stay

We had a wonderful time at The Palms on Treasure Island. Beautiful and spacious condo right across from the beach. Gorgeous balcony to watch the sunsets from. Our hosts were super nice and attentive if we needed anything. It was just perfect! Absolutely recommend!

Exactly as described

Beautiful location with the beach on one side and bay on the other. Pool overlooks the bay which is beautiful! Unit was exactly what was described and was the most well stocked unit I have ever rented. Usually the kitchen is sparse but this had everything I needed! The balcony is large and has lots of seating so we could all sit out and watch the sunset. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay there againl.

Best Sunsets we’ve ever experienced

Excellent view of the Gulf, sunset view from the patio was amazing. Very spacious and well equipped condo. Street noise and elevator noise were the only downsides. Easy walk to beach, boardwalk, John’s Pass, and with Publix right next door, you’ll never want for anything. Plenty of parking, pool was nice but on the small side.

Surprise Ptrip with friends

Very nice place and excellent location!! Large and comfortable with plenty of room. 3 bathrooms were great for the 5 adults. Very clean and in great shape!!! We will definitely stay there again!!!

Thankful Thanksgiving

We had a great time staying over TG 2024. Treasure Island was still dealing the the aftermath of hurricanes Helene and Milton, but our stay at The Palms was impeccable. The elevator was working and the unit was great. Views of the ocean were amazing and everything was great to house our family of 7.

Great Location

This was a great location and we all enjoyed the condo. The pool was nice, parking was great since it was free and everything was either walkable or you can take the free taxis services, just tip!

Great location and property

Across from the beach, next door to a grocery and many restaurants makes this an ideal location. The space, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, gave us plenty of room to spread out as well as hang around together. We used the pool and it was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this property.

A few small issues but overall just what we needed.

The master bedroom wall abuts the elevator shaft so it was quite a wake-up call when the first person called for the elevator in the morning even though we sleep with a loud white noise machine. I was pleased to find a 3B/3B as we were in town for a wedding and needed the space to get ready for the events.

Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved being surrounded by water on all sides!! The sunrises were incredible! The beach was steps away and amazing! Having Publix next store was fabulous! Without a doubt, we would stay here again and have recommended it to family and friends!!

Awesome Condo

This visit was our second time at The Palms of Treasure Island and we love it!! Easy to deal with and the location is just perfect!!! Rooms were super cozy and beds were very comfortable. Condo has all the beah stuff you need! We loved our stay!!!! Will definitely be back.

Amazing location

The property was in a great location with a beautiful pool area on the bay side where wed see dolphins every morning and occasionally parrots. The publix right next door was super convenient and the parking lot straight across from the building was great starting location where boardwalk started

This condo was exactly what we needed. Great location, just steps to the beach and publix, great restaurants and shopping options in walking distance. We will definately stay here again.

Awesome stay

We really enjoyed the stay. Location was great, beds were comfortable, condo was clean. Would definitely come back. Just an FYI for the property management, the outside dining chairs are on their last leg and the master shower head shot a small stream of water out the shower stall (nothing a towel couldn’t control). Neither of these minor issues dampened the stay or I felt need to be addressed immediately so I didn’t reach out to management during the stay).

Amazing Location 👏

This was our second stay we also stayed in April 2022. Right next to Publix grocery and very short walk to public beach access. Treasure Island beach is known for its laid back and relaxing atmosphere. There is a Surf Style and several eating areas just a block or so way from condo. Hreay place to stay with family. Also the pool is in the shade in the later afternoon so you can enjoy hottub and swimming out of the sun. We also seen dolphin activity in the early evening form poolside. I have been to this Florida location many times and have stayed many different condos and hotels. This is officially my new favorite location to stay!

Great location but condo was not top notch

Noisy elevator that can be heard from one of the main bedrooms every time it goes up and down. Minor repairs like damage on doors and walls have not been repaired. Black mold or soap scum in the showers that was only sealed over.

Maintenance Service was Great

Eric (from maintenance) was prompt and helpful in our service requests, which were many during our one month stay. We give cleanliness a zero rating upon our arrival. We had a 3-bed, 3-bath condo. Our socks got filthy dirty when we walked around the apartment. The microwave was atrocious because something had exploded inside before our arrival and had not been cleaned. Vents worked, but we’re very dusty. Showers had mold around flooring and no grab bars. However, when we asked for a vacuum cleaner, one was promptly given to us. Our condo was right next to the Publix supermarket (which was so handy) and across the street from the large gulf beach. We spent many sunsets walking along that beautiful sandy beach.
