Family Holiday

Overall not bad but a lot went wrong. Chlorine in the pool was way too intense for the kids and it burned their eyes and gave contact dermatitis. Tub in main bathroom needed new stopper and jets didn't work. Dishwasher bottom rack wheel melted and set off fire alarm. And hot tub had a leak.

Review

Everything for the most part was great. We stayed for 7 days, and there was only 2 dish tablets, 2 laundry pods, and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. With an entire family staying there, that got used very quickly and they would not supply us with more so we had to purchase all of our own which you can’t buy a few, have to buy full packages. So that was interesting, usually there’s more than enough supply. Also the communication was through a company instead of the direct owner, so there were a few questions that kept getting escalated to a new person that wasn’t in the loop, which led to a major delay in response times. Overall prefer direct owners as they are typically much more accomodating and easier to work with.
