The Avalon Royal Tropical : Warm, Exotic and Colorful

Make your dreams come true by entering the Royal Tropical. Treat yourself to the chance of spending an unforgettable vacation in an exotic, calm and relaxing setting; a true tropical glamor that you will never forget.
This magnificent 2 bedroom condo offers privacy through its very layout. A bathroom adjoins the master bedroom and another is easily accessible to the rest of the apartment. The living room, dining room and kitchen bring the family together in the open space they create. The apartment also has a laundry room and a charming private balcony overlooking the garden.
Located on the 3rd and last floor of a walkup building of the famous Avalon complex, the apartment was completely renovated and decorated. Inside this complex, you can benefit from a beautiful heated swimming pool, a gym, a reception room and a beautiful garden in which you can enjoy your walks in the morning and late evening. The Royal Tropical can accommodate up to 6 people. On-site parking is free and this little slice of heaven is located just a 10-minute drive from the most beautiful beach in Clearwater Beach, 15 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach and 20 minutes from Madeira Beach. It is also close to many other tourist attractions, restaurants, shops and activities. In short, this apartment ticks all the items on the list of interest of travelers eager for a dream vacation.
For your trip to the beach: beach towels, beach umbrella, portable chairs and cooler are also available for guests use.
We provide a small starter supply of disposable household necessities for your stay: shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dishwasher pod (detergent), laundry detergent pod, paper towels, toilet paper.

Notes:
The buildings of The Avalon complex do not have elevators.
Rates are based on 4 guests; add $15 per night, per additional guest.
Upon completion of booking, we require a valid ID for short term rental application with the complex's administration.
For your safety and security, there is a security peephole camera installed on the door of your condo unit. This camera only monitors the exterior hallway outside the door.

My family and I stayed at this adorable condo for almost a week. The condo is so nice and equipped with everything you need for a trip away. The property is near many stores and restaurants and less than 20 minutes from the gulf! There is even a gym and warm pool to use. I would def stay here again. Thank you for having us!

We really enjoyed our time here. The apartment was very clean and smelled great. It actually looks better than the pictures. Very spacious too. Conveniently located. Perfect Location
The Avalon Royal Tropical was the perfect location for our family trip which revolved around our daughter's camp at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. This was our first time using Vrbo and both Cristian & Cristina were great to work with to help me with the process. The property and condo was clean and well stocked with beach necessities (no need to drag chairs, umbrellas, towels) and the location is close to many grocery stores, both fast food and sit down restaurants, shopping etc. Our family had a great time. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us for the week.

The unit was exactly as described and shown in pictures. It was stocked with many things that you may forget that you need and so it was there available to you. It was very clean and had new appliances. The property is gated. The owners are fantastic about communication I don’t wanna very helpful when we Needed them. The only thing I would warn anybody about is if you have an inability or hard time with stairs, you may not want to book this place as it is upstairs and there are no elevators. Otherwise this property would be perfect for you.

Perfect accommodation!
This place was wonderful! Everything you need! Location was close to everything you need and only 12 min drive to Clearwater Beach, 40 min drive to St. Pete's and close to many restaurants. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that they wash their towels in a fragrance-free detergent as some people, including myself, are extremely sensitive to scented detergent and fabric softener... I just went to the store to get fragrance-free detergent and fabric softener and washed all of them myself. Overall, a great place to stay!

Very rarely are properties we rent exactly as shown. This property is an exception.
This rental was perfect. I had changed my party from 3 people to 5 people and there was still plenty of space. The beds, the towels, everything was perfect. We had a short stay so close proximity to the beaches was awesome. We would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend to others. The owners were fast to communicate and we had no issues at all! Another plus was the balcony where we played cards at night and relaxed, enjoying the warm florida weather and the ambience of this home!

A quiet comfortable stay, close to the beaches!
We spent the past month in this condo which is just minutes from Clearwater Beach. The condo was super clean, very comfortable, and a great location to visit so many things on day, trips to Tampa, Sarasota, the Ellenton Shopping outlets and much more. Walk Publix Supermarket & liquor store, just across the street. Also near pharmacies and a Walmart Supercentre for daily shopping needs. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay
Loved our short time in Clearwater, highly recommend this home away from home. Really appreciated the beach toys such as chairs, umbrella, cooler, and towels. Made our days even better having those simple things that make a difference when all we wanted was to be at the beach :) The extras like comfy beds and spacious bathrooms and equipped kitchen was the icing on the cake. We stayed with our 2 daughters ages 12 and 14 and they too loved having their own space. Did I mention movie nights after being out all day out exploring was a great feature. C&C had all the hits Netflix, Disney + and more choices to pick from. All around 5 stars all the way!!

The best home away from home....
Christian and Christina are amazing hosts! They consistently communicated with us, answered any and all questions we had, and check-in was a breeze. This was especially needed after our flight was delayed close to 4 hours upon arrival. The condo was exactly like pictured. The place was amazingly decorated, spacious, modern, safe, and clean. It literally felt like a home away from home and none of us wanted to leave. Anything you could possibly need was provided. The area had many places to eat, shop, and grocery stores. The pool was never overcrowded and very clean. Fellow neighbors were friendly and family-oriented. We definitely will be back on vacation here soon. We truly thank Christian and Christina for making our stay just that much more wonderful.
