“Staff was friendly. Restaurant was on site a the bar staff was excellent. Rooms were large but lighting was poor and the beds were not great. We would stay again based on the location to a Frenchman’s street. ”

“Gorgeous boutique hotel with fantastic updates that also keep the charm and history of a French Quarter building. Beautifully decorated. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. It is very close to Bourbon Street, so there is quite a bit of noise, especially at night. I sleep with earplugs anyway, but I know the hotel does offer them if needed. Courtyard is fantastic and has plenty of seating. Would definitely stay at The Celestine again when in the French Quarter.”

“The rooms make you feel like you’re in a motel, with not great privacy, linoleum floors, and fluorescent lighting. But the amenities (cold water to fill up with, a nice pool, plenty of pool towels) are nice and the location is great to enjoy Frenchman street as well as the river walk, French quarter bars and restaurants, etc. Also, every staff member was truly so nice to interact and chat with. And being able to leave your bags the day you arrive /depart is super helpful. The one other……

“Everything was perfect! Loved having my own bathroom and bedroom. The kids and grandkids enjoyed it so much they didn't want to leave the hotel. We had a great time and would love to go back!”

“When I arrived my code for the door didn’t work but they very quickly sent me a new one. The location is perfect. We loved the pool and the hot tub. It felt safe and very clean. The studio had everything we needed they even supplied the little details like salt pepper shampoo body wash conditioner, it stayed super cool and they even provided a fan.”

“Room was clean, but looked a bit dated (the carpet could use a refresh imo) but I think that’s the idea of this hotel, it’s historic etc. We stayed just one night due to cancelled flight and while walking around the French Quarter my 12 y/o daughter thought the hotel looked cool and suggested we stay there for the night. Only there one night, I didn’t know about or take advantage of any amenities expect the restaurant in the hotel. My daughter enjoyed her food. Front desk staff were courteous……

“Over priced. The parking charge is high. The shower is weak. ”

“Great location, walked to jazz fest. We paid for on site parking which was very convenient. The pool was small but done well with outdoor "bar area" you could use that was shaded. Walking distance to French market and Frenchman st. Relaxed atmosphere. Only downside I could mention was little water pressure in bathroom sink - shower was great.”

“Only complaint I have is that the water isn’t hot enough and runs out fast other than that it was awesome friendly and very helpful staff”
