Fabio was great taking care of us. It was the “off-season” so many shops were closed unless a cruise ship came in. TV reception was scratchy. But overall it was a nice relaxing time.

Family Vacation

This condo was great! It was spacious and had a great location. You walked right out onto the beach and just a quick walk away was the marina which we were able to do a few excursions from. The owner was very attentive and check in and check out was very easy!! This was a great family vacation and I can’t wait to bring my family back!

Very nice getaway.

Beachfront condo was very very nice, well appointed with everything you could need and then some. Sapphire Beach is lovely, very quiet and low key. Great place to just relax.

Gorgeous!

We had an amazing stay! The pictures don’t do it justice. The view from the condo is amazing. We loved that there was a large beach, room to walk around, a volleyball court, and a peaceful beach, but you’re within walking distance of a fun beach bar/cute shop as well. We snorkeled, did a little boogie boarding, and just relaxed. The pool is out on a point/beautiful peninsula as well. We were close to fun outings, good restaurants, coki beach, Magen’s bay, etc.

1st Trip to St Thomas

Extremely pleased with our overall stay in this beach level ocean front Condo. Perfect location in Sapphire Beach, so relaxing with several food options and a great Beach bar. Taxis are on property at all times to make gettitng around easy. Highly recommend staying here. 3 min ride to all the restaurants Ferry Station.

Absolutely the best beach

We had best vacation ever and we like to travel so we have enough experience to give this statement . The location is probably one of the best on island you can explore neighboring islands or stay whole vacation without leaving resort to enjoy absolutely fantastic beach, great restaurant or pool. Fabio is very helpful and easy to communicate with all needs.

Very nice unit, well stocked with cooking, & eating utensils . Ground floor right on the beach, great patio with table & chairs. Lots of table games & playing cards. Great place to stay.

Great Beach Front Rental

I had never heard of Sapphire properties. Everything is there for your stay. Restaurants, rentals, pool, beach. Property and unit was a bit dated but well kept. Everything was provided for our stay of only one night. We stayed on St John the other 6 nights. The beach is great. The SeaSalt restaurant was excellent. The patio on the beach is fantastic. Unit is a bit dark. I would stay again.

Fantastic Stay!

This place was perfect for our stay! Fabio was very responsive when we had questions prior to and during our stay. The unit is well furnished and had everything we needed. The view is AMAZING and it is maybe 30 steps to the water. The property has multiple restaurants to choose from. The food was good at all of them. Sometimes we would just do take out and enjoy the view from the patio while we ate. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Experience All Around

Fabio has an incredible property setup here and my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The location, first floor convenience and amenities were superb. Being able to walk out of the room, grab the paddle board or snorkel setup and go out was awesome! Fabio was proactive and communicative with us before and during our stay and we are so appreciative of this entire experience. Thank you for everything!

Fabio was a great host. He was so easy to communicate with. The reveal unit is in the most perfect location at the resort. Walk out to beach, bar and food to the left and pool to the right. We had an awesome time in paradise!

Nov stop

We stayed in B 106 for a couple nights while waiting on the rest of our party to arrive. The condo location is amazing. Walk right out onto the beach. The property has several places to eat. We had lunch at the beach bar twice . Fish tacos and grilled chicken sandwich were great. Also ate dinner at Sea Salt. Beautiful views across to Cruz Bay lights. The surf was too rough for snorkeling so we spent time at the pool. Very nice area. And the views there were amazing. We watched the ferry’s going back and forth to St John. I have to also add that the bed was extremely comfortable. We will be back

Perfect for a beachfront getaway

We spent 6 days there in February of 2024. You walk right out the door, onto the sand, walk about 60 ft and you're in the water! The snorkeling was good. Don't rely on the snorkel equipment that's provided. Most of it is in rough shape. But you can rent it from a guy on the beach. Very well equipped, clean kitchen. The interior of this unit is VERY dark. Not the light, tropical atmosphere you might be expecting. The lamp on the vanity in the bedroom was broken so it was like being in a cave. The onsite restaurant, Salt Social was excellent! The beach bar was great when the cruise people left! Don't expect resort amenities like tennis, games, spa etc... there aren't any. But the location can't be beat if you want your toes in the sand on demand!

Perfection!

This is the most beautiful beach on the island from what we were able to visit. It has a large beach area and snorkeling area. The room walks straight out on to a beautiful patio, then sandy beach and ocean just steps away. The room is perfect for 2 people, max of 3 or 4 with foldout couch but would be too crowded for us. The host Fabio was so prompt in everything. We had a tropical storm that kicked us out of power once and AC once. He was on it immediately to help. There was snorkeling gear and a paddle board. Two beach towels, fresh towels and clothes in the bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if need be. Moe's had a good selection of groceries to keep while visiting. There is a safe in the closet that made us feel extra protected but not necessary. The property has onsite parking lot guard 24/7. We felt extremely safe on this secluded property. There are a couple restaurants a few steps away. A couple pools and a marina are onsite as well. Rentals for kayaks and other equipment. Condo guests get free chairs that are located by the B building. Make sure to tip your chair guardian! This was an A+++ trip. I will most definitely be booking with Fabio again.
