"We met the host on the first day and never saw her again. On the second to last day of our stay, we lost internet signal. That was the day that we needed it the most. I wanted to check-in to our flight for the following day and we had to run back and forth to the shopping mall to complete out transactions. We never saw our host again. I received an e-mail to let us know to leave the keys in the mail slot. The area we stayed in was also a bit sketchy. we were told that it was quiet at night...not...

"On the day of checking in, I was sent the address and check in details. When walking in, we realised that this was not the same property we booked. It was smelly, dirty, uncomfortable and in poor shape. Upon talking to the host I was told that the apartment we booked was ‘damaged’ so they moved us there.
