“We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The location was great, especially being close to the ski area which made everything very convenient. The room space was a little small, but it felt cozy and comfortable. The hotel had a warm and relaxing atmosphere, and overall we enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a simple and cozy getaway near the slopes.”

“Physically the property was pretty just like the on line pics. The rooms lacked storage and for the high price no water or tv was provided. The wait staff was slow and lacked training. As an example, was told the restaurant didn’t offer a latte, but I was free to go Nextdoor to their shop, purchase one and bring it back to the restaurant. That makes no sense as a trained professional would have run over, got the drink and added the cost to your bill. The staff was friendly, but lacked the skills……

“Great experience all around! Staff were friendly and the property was clean and really well maintained. I would just note they allow dogs but they dont offer anything for your dog like a bed or bowl. Their food truck also didnt show one day so some dishes were out of stock but these were not huge issues given we were there to enjoy the outdoor experience.”

“For the price this place is amazing in the heart of Jackson bunch of things to do around. The room was huge very spacious for a big family nothing was dirty or broken. Pool could use some cleaning but we swam stress free.”

“It's a motel and the location is pretty good. Everything is in walking distance since it's a small town. Yet, the lodge is too old and it's on the main street. You can hear everything, even the snores next door.”

“Our 2 room suite had a separate bedroom. There was a sitting area with tv so my wife could watch late night tv while I went to bed. I get up early so I could make coffee and not disturb Her. Well laid out room . More hotels should be like this! Also the room rate was beyond reasonable!”
