"A very convenient base for a short break visiting family and friends, and for business meetings in south east Hampshire. Excellent location close to motorway and rail network. Staff helpful, parking facilities great. The hotel is in need of some modernisation but the rooms and facilities were clean. Very good value for money."

"The reason for the visit was to attend some family and friends events. This was made complete by the quality of our accomodation at Sparrow Cottage. Lovely quiet setting, convenient for local Co op, pubs and Indian restaurant. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommended. Frank"

"Cottage was lovely and quirky comfortable and warm, but there was a few issues, cobwebs in the bedroom table lamp in the lounge gave me an electric shock! Stairs outside need looking at as very worn out and not enough utensils pizza tray didn’t fit the small oven. The local Woodmancote pub was great for Sunday lunch and you get a 20% discount too."

"Beautiful, spacious barn conversion, with a number of sitting and eating areas. Very comfortably furnished and well equipped. Loads of parking. We loved it."

"Lovely property in a quiet part of Emsworth. Just a 10 minute walk into the town centre. The property is very cosy with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. The only negatives were the lack of any outdoor space to relax. No garden or yard. The WiFi speed was very poor so if you’re looking to stream video content, you’ll be better off using mobile data. These are minor gripes which didn’t impact on our enjoyment. The beds were comfy enough and for four of us, it was perfectly fine. I would consider staying again but must admit it would be nice to have a bench outside. "
