"The house is a great meeting place for a large family. The courtyard was great for the kids because it’s completely fenced in. They enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the guest house does not have a full bathroom and the house is a little rundown. Other than that, Our family enjoyed our stay."

"A small group of us stayed here for a wedding and had a great time! The house is even nicer/better than the pictures show. It is in a great/safe location. The house was spotless and had everything that we needed. We stayed during some bad weather and having an empty garage to park in was a huge bonus! The host was amazing with their communication and accommodations. Best host we have ever been in contact with hands down. If we travel back to Midland we won't hesitate to stay here again!"

"I had a last minute trip on a budget. I was looking for someplace cheap. Well, this place is not cheap. Affordable? Yes, but not cheap. I was very impressed with what I got for the price. The room was functional, comfortable, roomy, and above all it was CLEAN! The towels were soft and smelled clean, the sheets smelled clean, everything was how it should be. This is not a romantic weekend kind of place, but if you need a clean comfortable room for a reasonable price, this is perfect. "
