「Close and conveniently located to shops and dining. The only complaint would be we were awaken by birds at 5am. It appeared to be a birds nest outside our door with bird poop everywhere. Overall the stay was amazing and I would definitely book again」

「Owners were easy to contact and offered tips for our next trip. Friendly people and we hope to try again when the fish are biting.」

「Condo has a very convenient quiet location with the River Walk and downtown restaurants nearby and parking in front of its door. It was very clean with a like new modern decor. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, and spices. The bed was comfortable. Altogether a great experience.」

「We were in town for college baseball spring training at Austin Peay. The location was absolutely perfect for us, great location and a comfortable stay. 」

「Very lovely, spacious home with the most beautiful view of the lake. It was raining so didn’t get to enjoy the beach or outdoors much but what a perfect place for myself and 3 friends to spend a wonderful weekend together. Looking forward to coming back again soon!!」

「Our stay was pretty perfect until the last evening. We are from Florida and the heat did not work the last night. It did get us out early the next morning. The home is beautiful and pretty comfortable. The rain type shower head did not provide power to rinse my hair well. Others did not pick up after pets and I stepped in doo twice walking my pup before daylight. All in all, we were happy. We did not cook. We just had coffee, showers, laundry and sleep. But it is so pretty! 」

「Property was very clean and we liked our location across from the cove's beach and playground. Very friendly owner. Rented wave runners and a boat and that process was fairly smooth. It's a large property -- larger than I envisioned -- so there's a lot of distance to cover between accommodations, restaurant/office, and marina. We had a family of 6, so just did drop offs and pickups with our vehicle. Otherwise, a golf cart rental would be helpful. Kids loved the pool. Not very big but great "baby...

「Julian was a great host, sincerely accommodating and attentive whenever we reached out. We appreciated that the bed had a memory foam topper making it comfortable for a 5 night stay. The kitchen had what you need and we found the spice rack an added bonus for cooking. Great water pressure and all appliances worked well.」

「We loved this gem ! Great resort and amenities. Condo was clean, modern and had a beautiful view! Traci was also very responsive and accommodating for our family!」

「It was an excellent stay. We got there friday evening and enjoy the comfortable accommodations. The kitchen had plenty to offer for cooking so i was able to make tacos for the crew at the condo easily with all the fixings. The two couches and large table were nice. The 6 beds were all comfy.
