"Two night stay, king bed not two singles, couldn’t change as cleaning staff had finished for the day. Pulled the bed apart ourselves. Kitchen good, lounge uncomfortable. Had to have air con going to get air. No screen on sliding door to verandah. Good central location and facilities around. "

"The kitchenette is good, but the room itself is run down and needs a make over. Old carpet, curtians stained and marked, the material chairs are filthy dirty, shower curtain too short in shower/bath and water runs all over bathroom floor, nothing to hold onto getting over the bath, to get into the shower( slip hazard). Balcony no outdoor chairs or little coffee table."

"Sensational hotel with a prefect location. Everything met my needs and very reasonably priced."

"The hotel is outdated. The lighting is terrible in both the room and hallways. The bathroom had mould on the roof and floor and the toilet periodically made noises throughout the night. The staff were nice and greeted us well. The breakfast buffet was your standard buffet, nothing exceptional, it was $30 pp and $19 for our 2 year old. If you are looking for clean and new hotel i'd look elsewhere there are better option's in Parramatta. "

"This property is in a great location for access to events at Homebush Olympic Park and the general Parramatta area. With the train station so close it could even be a good spot to explore other areas"
