"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its grand yet cozy atmosphere. The staff were helpful and kind, but not overbearing. Despite my short stay, I had a great time. There was only one minor issue I found with the playlist in the bar, lounge and library areas. While the intention may have been good, the piano instrumental covers of current pop songs on repeat didn't quite hit the mark for me. I would have preferred some jazz instead, seems more suitable for the design of the hotel and for my intentions to sit by the fire and read all afternoons. Perhaps it was due to licensing restrictions? Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be returning."
