“Great location for attending the ESO. The only thing I would say is that the beds could use a mattress topper for comfort and an additional fan for the lower sleeping area as it was quite warm. ”

“Hist was fantastic and very responsive. Had someone meet us at the building to walk us in and show us around. The unit itself is beautiful, the view and the hot tub were amazing. Would recommend.”

“*Checked in late, the place was still dirty. Not cleaned from the previous guests. Checked in at 4:30pm and contact guest services. Didn’t get the email until after 8:30pm that the property was cleaned and ready for us. The place was comfortable and clean after that. Just a shame the cleaning department dropped the ball on this one. Appreciate the help from the properties contact, for staying in touch and taking our concerns seriously. Sadly it took 4 hours for them to fix it. Luckily I wasn’t……

“We booked the room. We were told we will be receiving room key code the day of and it never happened. The host/owner stiffed us and left us stranded. We had to scramble trying to find a place to stay. It was very frustrating. Very unprofessional. Disappointing. ”
