While, it was a little off the beaten path, it provided a quiet, cosy oasis after we had been staying in towns in lodges without parking for our car. Achmore had ample parking on site. 「酒店就在火车站终点站不远处，大约300米左右。小镇不大，很好找，距离码头也很近。到斯凯岛的Citylink,有一站就在码头这，从酒店走步200米左右。 11点发车。如果是当天忘返Kyle这地，坐Citylink的车很好，如果是在岛上旅行，去其他地方，建议找Stagecoach的车。酒店的前台很热情，但是就提到了Citylink的车，应该给游客也告知有Stagecoach的车到斯凯岛。总之，不错的酒店。还会再来住。」

「All went well. My only critique is we had no idea how to get into the house upon arrival, or find the specific house. We were in a foreign country and this was our first house. Having an email sent saying "When you arrive the house looks like this and here is where to find it" would have helped. Also a note saying how to get into the house (We called the owner which took a long time to figure out how to do in a foreign country) and was told house was unlocked and key was inside. 「Modern, clean and very well run. Lovely views from the front (once the rain stopped…) Bed was a little tired and the walls were thin enough to hear the TV in the room next door. The guest directly above my room dragged their chair over the solid wood floor several times, which was irritating, but hardly the hotel’s fault. Good value though, which coming from a Yorkshireman, is high praise…」

「It’s an excellent hotel with good breakfast and service. We also enjoyed the distillery tour as well.」

「The location is very good, very east to find, it is a very peaceful area, it also has the sea view from my room, parking can park next to the supermarket. However the room is very small, but it should be very small in the overall highland area, just depends how much you pay. Thanks!」
