“Room was excellent and location perfect for Cheltenham races. Food (breakfast and dinner) and service great. Accommodation very expensive though and pub was very busy that meant our table for dinner was moved in to bar area and two main courses not available. However, we gave this feedback which was dealt with positively ”

Staff at check-in located in nearby 'Central hotel' were friendly as was the housekeeping who needed to wake me up as I'd overslept (like I said the bed was comfortable). It's all you need without the unnecessary frills, great value, will definitely use again,”

“Excellent self-contained unit 4min walk from Cheltenham Spa Rail Station. Self check-in is easy as Rooms Booked staff will send essential info such as the Entrance door & Unit door codes by 2pm via email or massage to facilitate the check-in process. Room furniture, while considered old, are in functional condition. Shared bathrooms, however, are modern and clean. Glad that there are a few eateries, a Domino Pizza outlet and a Tesco Express supermarket within close proximity to meet our……

“Had a fab stay - staff friendly at check in and the room was excellent. We stayed in 21 which had a four poster bed and plenty of space - it was wonderfully traditional and added to the stay perfectly. There is plenty of parking at the hotel and breakfast was good value with lots of choice. We stayed for the racing and it was an ideal location - would definitely recommend and stay again.”

“Staff were great and attentive. Particularly those serving at breakfast. Room was super cosy and cute. Only issue was that the smell of drainage hit us as soon as we opened our hotel room door - we were room 3. Fantastic stay otherwise and would definitely recommend. ”
