Suffolk Green/Sustainable

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room and facilities were new and absolutely spotless, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready and eager to help with anything I needed. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of nice restaurants within a short 5‑minute walk. Highly recommended!

An overall satisfactory stay. Loved the breakfast and access to the university fitness room. The room was well-appointed. The housekeeping team, while efficient, forgot to clean our room one day. A rare oversight, I trust. Despite this minor glitch, we enjoyed our stay.

The staff are nice and friendly.

Excellent services and location. We arrived Cambridge much earlier than expect, allow us to have early check-in. All staff are polite and helpful, we have a request to borrow the bike, counters are supportive and help us to arrange. Room is tidy, facilities are new. Will come back this hotel next time

A nice hotel to stay, and close to the city centre.

There is a lot to take advantage of at this hotel (golf course, spa, pool, tennis, squash etc.). The restaurants are good (especially liked the sports bar) and the staff are helpful and courteous. However, the rooms can take a long time to cool down in summer (thank goodness they’ve got AC but housekeeping should keep it turned on so rooms are cool when guests arrive), and you’ll get charged add ins for the cooked breakfast (only continental is included unless booking directly through the hotel...

Comfortable overall. Staff are excellent. Only concern is the shower area. A bit small of the toilet

everything is good

Excellent experience.
