“The property provided us with a great location to visit local family while in the area. The house was nice and clean but needed a few minor repairs and updates, but overall a great place to relax. The house was located at the end of a street that provided direct beach access. The homeowner also had several beach style chairs available if needed. This was great. “We had a great stay here. Everything was just how it was listed online. We would definitely stay here again. Our fur baby loved the fenced in back yard. Check in and out was a breeze. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. ”

“The property is lovely, cute little cottage. It’s perfect for a single woman or a couple. It was very clean, everything advertised was available. It’s a little bit outside of Franklin, very quiet and easy to find. Franklin is just a few minutes away, cute town with restaurants and a super nice cafe. Really enjoyed the stay and will be back.”

“The house was clean and tastefully decorated. The photos do not do the house justice. House step up: Four out of the seven bedrooms had their own bathroom. Each bedroom had a queen bed except the larger room that had 2 queen beds and a crib. Each room had a house size closet with a few hangers. There is a washer and dryer upstairs in the hallway.
