This place did not feel safe to stay in. I was here on business and only staying for a few days with my husband. Someone had tried to kick down the door to hotel room (we were on the bottom level). My husband called the front desk for assistance, they told him it was probably just housekeeping! The man paced outside of our hotel room for about an hour and then drove around the building looking at our hotel room for another. Was banging on the door and yelling things in the window. Would not stay here again. The property was clean, with easy parking, and the price is why I picked here. (Our room did smell like cigarettes when we first arrived and it is non-smoking). However, spend the extra money if coming to the area on business. Not worth the risk.

No room service. Our first room did not have AC, so we had to switch rooms. Our toilet was clogged, and they made us use the plunger to unclog it and it didn’t even work. Sheets and blankets were thin and provided no warmth at all. Had to go downstairs and get your own towels, washcloths, and toilet paper.

Our room at Red Roof was okay for the two of us and we made it manageable. I was a little disappointed that it didn’t look as up to date as the pictures and some things just looked dirty. For example, the bedsheets were horribly stained and the floor was filthy. We would get a shower and within 5 minutes of walking around, our feet were dirty. By the end of the trip I was wearing my shoes around because I was disgusted. When receiving towels occasionally you would find long black hairs as if they were not cleaned entirely. If it wasn’t just me and my significant other staying, we would have found a different place to stay. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The staff I interacted with while I stayed there were great and very polite. I appreciate you guys. I didn’t have a mini fridge in my room and there was no hand soap in the dispenser and there was no bar soap on the sink. So that was disappointing but overall was a good stay.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. The room and bathroom were very dirty, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell in the room. The pillows were dirty, and there was no proper blanket provided. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and did not cool the room at all—it was basically working like a simple fan. There was also a lot of noise coming from outside, which made it impossible to rest. I could not sleep the entire night. The surrounding neighborhood also felt dirty and unsafe, especially at night. Overall, this stay was a waste of my time and money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

When we walked into our non-smoking room, it smelled like smoke. The staff was helpful and switched us to an upgraded room, but the TV did't work at first, but the staff fixed that quickly. The mattress slid of the boxspring while sleeping and my neck still hurts.

I did not like anything about that place. The first room that was assigned to me, when I went into the room and tried to close the curtain, it fell down. The second room, The linens on the bed was full of stains. When asked to change them, the other 4 covers for the bed were just as filthy. The towels and wash cloths were awful too. And the TV didn’t work. Thank God that I had my own linens.

The floor needed washed. The bathroom was ok. The beds would shift all over the place. Just a sheet and flimsy bedspread. No refrigerator or microwave. No coffee maker or hair dryer. Could not get enough clean towels for day two. I would definitely not recommend staying there.
