Oceanfront, Beachfront, Ground Floor, Beautiful Remodeled condo with pool access

"Overall this a great property,having the walk out onto the beach was amazing,and the condo itself was just perfect for 2 ppl.2 mini split ACs kept it nice and cool,the kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need,the king bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice.We could see the beach from the sofa too!The grounds are very well kept by the onsite full time crew and they were out there grooming the beach every morning.We felt very secure with the front gate and evening security guard.The large pool area with onsite historical Sugar Mill was a highlight,as it was clean and all the furniture was in excellent condition .There was a BBQ and full kitchen there for guest use plus indoor and outdoor tables plus bathrooms and a laundry.(we didn’t use the in unit washer/dryer but the were newer appliances)The location is optimal being just 10 mins by car to downtown Christensted,and easily accessible to the North shore,West and Eastern ends.Parking for the unit is right outside the door.There are grocery stores and anything you could need with just a few minutes drive.just a couple of things to mention: The deadbolt on the front door was not working(only the knob lock was used),the Roku stopped working at one point but there was plenty other networks to watch,the TV in the bedroom did not work at all and lastly,the information binder needs to be updated.A lot of the info and instructions given were outdated.Other than these minor things we would return!"

"The property was exactly what was pictured in the listing. It was what we were looking for, very quiet, very cute, and very comfortable. Location was approximate this center of the island. Easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The on-site pool was beautiful and a lovely way to end our days. The A/C unit in the living area was not working properly when we arrived on Sunday, but each unit in the bedroom was working perfectly so it was a very cool comfortable night sleep. A technician showed up first thing quite early Monday morning to check on the AC unit in the living area. He was unable to immediately fix it, but we were able to keep the area cool using the remaining three AC units . Thanks for a very prompt response to this issue."

"You can’t beat the location! Ground floor condo with walkout access to the beach and right across from the pool! Very close drive into Christiansted and close to grocery store. The condo itself was okay. The furniture was comfortable including the beds. The kitchen had all the necessary items. It was a great amount of space for a family of 4. The bathrooms could use some updates and a thorough cleaning including. I understand excessive corrosion and moisture due to the tropical climate but things like wiping down a door frame with a magic eraser would make a difference. The outdoor space (covered patio with comfortable furniture and a table for 4) and proximity to the beach combined with a wonderful island vibe on St. Croix were enough to overlook this and we had a wonderful vacation. If I had to make a choice between ground floor and the bathroom situation and second floor with updated bathrooms I’d return to this property. Do the Annally bay tide pools (we did the jeep tour and it was 100% worth it!), skip Buck island and snorkel the Frederiksted pier then look for sea glass at the beach, go to the Nature Conservancy and learn about coral, get lobster at the Bombay Club, have a fantastic trip!"
