「The new general manager was very helpful. Her name began with the letter A and she was about 30 years old with hair. She let me check in early: I was pretty sick and appreciated her kindness. Gabriel was often short with me and got upset every time I asked for a new card because mine got demagnetized. I asked 4 times in 14 days. He even snapped and asked me when I was leaving after about a week. It was unnecessary and rude. I have stayed at this hotel for almost 16 springs in a row and...
