“The condo was easy to find and to enter. However, we had to clean the refrigerator and the deck. There were cobwebs under the furniture and on the windows. The deficiency in the cleaning may have been the result of the fact that an occupant had left the facility the morning of our arrival and cleaners did not have sufficient time to do a through cleaning. Also, the instruction manual did not have the name and telephone number of the current manager or owner. Overall, the condo was adequate……

Communication after checkout also became uncomfortable, as I was contacted more than a week later regarding missing throw pillows that I did not take.
