“Everyone at the property was friendly and helpful. There was a problem the first night I was the but the staff was very accommodating and took care of it. My room was nice and clean, Breakfast was great every morning. If I had to make any suggestions, request to stay on the first floor. Looks like those rooms are updated more recently. Great place to stay!”

“I lked the room it was spacious and comfortable however the plumbing was unacceptable and the staff was slow to offer a room, instead she gave my husband a plunger . That's when I told her I wanted another room.”

“The pool was empty and the kids were very disappointed. Next, the two rooms we booked and paid for weeks ago were not what the hotel had when we got there. They had us in rooms with one king bed and a pull out couch. Not what we paid for. They finally found us the last 2 queen room but we had to use the king/couch for the other room. Not a very good night sleep on a pull out lumpy couch. The pancake maker was not working at breakfast. I went to the front desk and ask about it. Turns out……

“You are better off sleeping at a rest area in your vehicle. At least you won’t become infected with hepatitis. The advertised pictures must be from a separate unit that they use only as a decoy. Drive past. Hastily.”

“The room was super clean ch and the A/C was super cold. Room had a ful size fridge, a two burner ceramic cooktop and plenty of storage space. Could easily stay much longer term and save money. Very reasonably priced. Easy on-off access to freeway and near restaurants.”

“The hotel itself was very sketchy, I travelled with my family and I will definitely never stay here again. The front desk lady was very nice but the room itself especially the ones in the back were not what I was expecting. The bedsheets looked “washed” but there were questionable stains all over to where I did not feel comfortable for my kids or myself to sleep on! Changed the bedsheets but the bed itself was also disgusting!”

“They advertised free breakfast , but there was no breakfast, on asking they answered that in renovations they ran out of funds so they are not able to afford the Breakfast , Again asked them why don’t they make changes on Expedia booking websites, they answered they already have asked Expedia to the free breakfast.”

“The staff who served us were mostly helpful, the room was large enough to accommodate us and our two dogs, and the bed was comfortable. Other than that, we were not happy. The supplies furnished to our room were less than minimal, and our room was never serviced during our 3-day stay even though I specifically asked for it to be serviced. I had to request supplies like coffee, cups, and shampoo from the reception desk. The room was poorly maintained, too. The sink faucet was not firmly attached……

“The room itself was ok for the price but A/C barely worked, no cups or any containers for ice. Upstairs room had what sounded like kids running across the floor after midnight and lots of noise outside. But you get what you pay for so spend another $20 bucks and get something a little better.”
