"This place is run down beyond words! The walls are in some desperate need of TLC the blinds had literal holes in them and cart of trash by the door did not help the awful smell through out the property. This was definitely my last stay at this property."

"I had a very disappointing experience at Pearl on the Concho. The room was honestly disgusting. The bathtub wouldn’t drain, they had the A/C condensation line draining directly into the shower with a wet paper towel stuck on the end. It looked completely unprofessional and unsanitary. On top of that, the noise level was unbearable. You could hear everything especially loud music coming from the atrium which made it impossible to relax. The overall environment did not feel safe or comfortable at all. We ended up leaving after only one hour and went to another hotel because it was that bad. To make matters worse, they refused to give us a refund and instead offered to move us to an outside entrance room which made me feel even less safe. There was also a homeless encampment along the river nearby, which added to the discomfort. This hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. I would not recommend staying here."
