"Walked into the lobby looked great quick check-in, up the lift new clean into the hallway freshly painted new carpet but I am sure a bomb meant for Iran missed its target an hit this room, old grotty furniture paint peeling off the walls shower head broken it was cheap and only 2 nights so we put up with it as they say you get what you pay for as a very frequent traveler never Mantra again as for Hotels take it off your site!! "

"Very clean and organised room, bathroom and balcony, air con was good, tv included and mini fridge, kitchenette stocked appropriately and room cleaned daily. Pool and spa were out of order for the first night but second day was beautiful. Staff very friendly and accomodating "

"Fabulous pool. Great location, enjoyed the restaurants available. Room was clean and was convenient to have a full kitchen. Property is a bit dated but nothing majorly wrong! Would stay again "

"I found Q1 to be pretty ordinary. We arrived late and there was no hot water the following morning. When we raised this with reception they noted that they were aware there were issues. This was not mentioned at check in. It was however resolved that day. Overall though the property just feel tired. Would not consider this a premium location. "

"Very little sleep due to nightclub 5 floors below our room. music was way too loud. We wanted a relaxing break and came back more tired than when we arrived. Level of noise was unacceptable and incompatible with having rooms where people need to sleep."

"Booked 1 bedroom apartment and were given a 2 bedroom with the room locked out. Nice furnishings-clean and in good condition. Loved the 27th floor view. Apartment was clean, kitchen well equipped and A/C worked well. Stayed 3 nights and were advised of daily light housekeeping however our first day we had no room cleaning until I phoned twice after 3:00 pm. Second day the bed was made and towels replaced. Parking is easy. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay."
