“I liked the leisure complex which was obviously built more recently than the hotel. Lovely pool and steam room. The gardens were also lovely- you can sit out and have a drink- great when the weather is sunny.?handy for Aldershot and nearby army venues”

“I was double charged for breakfast on day one, still waiting for refund to cr card. It's only 12.5 pounds, but it was assured that it would be refunded if my stay included breakfasts”

“The staff friendly and helpful, drawback was no availability for breakfast or evening meals, some sites still show them doing food. However did recommend a couple of places to visit, found a lovely cafe about 150-200 yards around the corner for breakfast.”

“Comfortable bed, friendly greetings on arrival, clean kitchen area and lots to offer for breakfast. Fridge in the room which is quiet unlike some places! Hairdryer, kettle and provisions in the room, plenty of plugs, touch bedside lamps, big TV screen, mirror, table and chairs sitting area by the window. Separate Shower rooms compact but very clean.”

“For $1,000/night, there are a few things I would expect to receive, such as valet parking, fully trained staff and maybe an update to very tired room decor. Everyone was very friendly, our dinner at The Latymer was sublime, the spa facilities are quite nice, but the whole place is in dire need of a facelift and a comprehensive staff training...”

“Hotel rooms of ggod size, however they are a little run down and in need of deep cleanse or refresh. Pleasant grounds, with access to fitness centre etc. plenty of space to walk (as its a golf resort). Breakfast buffet is well stocked with many options. Hotel Bar prices are on the edge of extortion (1 x local Beer, Small White Wine - £26 !!! ).”
