"The property is fabulous. Nice boutique hotel on Main Street in Newmarket across from a great coffee shop. A couple of small challenges include parking as there’s limited parking that’s covered in a few extra spots uncovered. Also the temperature in the room was difficult to change in the front desk, control it from there. Staff was amazing and rooms were clean and we serviced daily while we were out so there was no inconvenience to our day."

"Clean but dated. Sink was cracked and tile in older tub wall was chipped..older hotel but close to HWY 400 access. Staff were friendly and courteous. "

"The fridge was noisy at night. The breakfast is terrible. Do not get breakfast here unless you want to ruin your stay. They need to stop offering it. The staff in the restairant have no idea what they are doing. Everyone in the breakfast area was looking for napkins, or a plate, or a fork, or anything. I cannot put into words how awful that experience was. Everyone at the front desk who had breakfast told the front desk they need to get rid of it to which they replied its not their call to make that decision. "

"Stay was good. Breakfast was busy and ran out of items but would quickly refill. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and hotel was quiet. "
