“I arrived a few hours early, but my room was available immediately. A lovely room with modern bathroom. I was in the single, which served my needs very well. Well heated. No problem with noise. Very close to train station. Godalming is a beautiful town.”

“This has been on my bucket list for some time. We had a wounderful 2 night stay and everything was perfect. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, larger than alot of hotel rooms. You lay in bed at night and could imagine your travelling on a train. The meal was excellent, Beef Wellington to die for, so good and wonderful surroundings in a 1906 Pullman car exquisitely restored. The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful. Alot of history tied up in this place.”

“Warm welcome. Rooms not overly large, but very well appointed, decent sized bathroom, all requirements for a few nights stay, comfortable beds and linen. Downstairs bar and restaurant area spacious and staffed by friendly, cheerful and helpful people. Food good with lots of choice. Outside courtyard plenty of room and good seating.”
