Swansea Hotel with Pool

"Room was clean on arrival, they accommodated my late arrival with an easy email to notify them a few days prior. Cleaning crew came by when I was still in my room and when I stepped out she was nice enough to ask if I needed servicing. Cannot comment on breakfast as I did not get up early enough and however I could smell it in the mornings and say some stragglers chowing it up in the morning. For a 4 star cheaper hotel it did just fine and everyone was very pleasant "

"Excellent breakfast menu. Food was fresh and the hot food menu changed daily. The hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Couldn't find anything to complain about. "

"The resort was beautiful! We celebrated our daughter’s surprise engagement! The rooms were great, the bar was perfect and the grounds and decorations were an added nice surprise. They also surprised our daughter and fiancé with a surprise bottle of champagne with chocolates and a note left in their room . We can only imagine how nice it is in the warmer weather too . Thank you for the great stay ! "
