"The staff and their customer service was top notch. I appreciated the hospitality as we don’t have much of it here in Massachusetts. Booking was quick and easy. Moving my reservation was very accommodating. We arrived in the middle of the night and check in was a breeze. The room was quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The A/C was definitely ON, I actually had to turn it down. The only con I can say was the hallways walking to the room was very outdated but it didn’t matter because the rooms, entry & dining were all impeccable. Next time my BF has a show at the Xfinity we will be staying here again. "

"The property is very cute and we enjoyed our stay. The area is great and there is plenty to walk to. The rooms do not have a coffee maker or refrigerator. There is ice available, but you have to call down to request it. There is a coffee counter in the lobby area to buy coffee, but it’s only open Thu-Sun, so we had no coffee available since we weren’t there those mornings. The bathroom is very small with little counter space, but it worked out okay for us. The shower is also very small and made it awkward to shower. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the couch is stiff. We enjoyed both bars (there is a ‘speakeasy’ and a karaoke bar called Boombox). We wish they were open more nights. Bartenders at both bars were terrific. Friendly and full of recommendations. The hotel staff was all wonderful, helpful, and kind. "

"The room and accommodations were comfortable and quiet and the pool area was very nice. The biggest bonus though was the immensely pleasant and friendly staff. After a long trip accross the country, they were so kind and helpful and got us into our room quickly and with much needed humor and kindness. It was also really quick, cheap and easy to lyft around to the various areas of Providence. Highly recommend."

"Our family had a fantastic last-minute stay at Hotel Providence. The location can’t be beat; it is in walking distance from almost anything you could want to do in Providence. Our room (two queen beds) was clean, spacious and comfortable. The “continental” breakfast buffet was nicer than a typical continental breakfast, with several hot options and lots of fresh fruit. I would absolutely stay here again!"
