Swarthmore Pet-friendly Hotel

"I had a bad experience during my five night stay. In my room, I found a fly animal in my coffee machine, leaking water through my shower door ( I fall after my shower), uncomfortable old mattress, and broken drawer along the other issue. Extremely disappointed for a luxury hotel!"

"Hotel was nice but not as nice as other Kimptons I have stayed at. Our room was an accessible room which definitely felt like a different hotel experience - not the same level of decor or quality. "

"Took our 7 year old and really enjoyed our stay! The staff was great, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location and many things were walkable or a quick walk to the subway. The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable! I really appreciated being able to check in early after traveling overnight from the west coast, but I realize that may have been easier to do on a Tuesday morning than a weekend so I don’t expect they can accommodate that for a weekend check in."
