“The first day the floor was dirty , requested to clean and took more than one day . Also the floor of the hallway was slippery . Manager was notified and took actions . The swimming pool was broken and we could not use for one day then send us to another hotel were had time restrictions . They should inform guest about it . Another issue was was to see a foreign old man with two young women at the hotel . It was inappropriate for family oriented hotel . Hoping the feedback is considered and……

“I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I had stayed at this location before and enjoyed it, but this experience was completely unacceptable from start to finish. The first issue happened at check-in when staff gave my fiancé a difficult time checking in. Things only got worse from there. On Friday night, there was no hot water. I attempted to address the issue with staff, but no one seemed to care or provide any meaningful assistance. Unfortunately, the hot water issue continued……
