"The hotel is beautiful - the reception, bar area and room decor is lovely. The staff were great; a welcoming reception team and a lovely lady who brought room service breakfast (which was fantastic). I would stay again. The hotel is centrally located, just outside the Innere stadt but within an easy walk. It’s a quiet, safe area near Schwarzenbergplatz, where you can pick up a line 1, 2 or 71 tram to take you pretty much anywhere you want to go (and it is very easy to book tickets on the Wienmobile app). Unless you book at the hotel restaurant, dining and cafe options in the immediate vicinity are quite limited, but a 5-8 minute walk will bring you within reach of many more options. "

"This property, directly opposite the Berlin Hauptbahnhof, is the ideal location for a short or few days stay in Berlin. It’s a good example of the uniform standard of mid-range quality that one can expect from Ibis. Walking distance to the Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Unter den Linden etc. "

Great location

"Everything was great and clean and convenient. I did expect laundry facilities on site since laundry is advertised on the app, but it’s a washing service that’s very very expensive, so if you need to wash clothes, expect to pay a ton or go to a laundry mat. Our AC wasn’t working very well in our room so it was very hot. Even when I tried to turn it down it didn’t cool off. Don’t expect any American/English tv options. There is like one news channel. Breakfast is about 25-30USD per person so we didn’t eat breakfast there. We ate dinner once in the diner portion. I’m only noting “negatives” so you can’t be prepared but overall I was happy with our stay! We did the smart room. It’s a glass shower beside the bed all on one room, so if you’re traveling with someone that you don’t want to see you shower, I wouldn’t recommend this room haha. "

"Nice, clean, well equipped. Small but according to pictures. The electronic check-in and check-out may be complicated if you are not too familiar with it. Better arrive within the hours with the reception open to avoid problems."

Great Place to Stay.

"Stayed for one day. The room was so nice I was staying longer but I was outdoors most of the time that I didn't get the chance to appreciate. The staff at reception were top notch. Very pleasant, very accomodsting, very professional. Room clean. Had everything I neede. The room was much larger than most rooms that I've had. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the Wien Bahnhof Station. Not the 'West' Bahnhof Station. That's a completely different area. I made that mistske myself but fortunately the one I needed was the closet. I would definitely stay here again. "
