Except for breakfast, they were unable to provide sandwiches or any substantial snacks - only chocolates and sweets. The advertising of this hotel on Expedia is highly overrated. This is not a four-star hotel. "

I literally had 3 inches of water over the bathroom floor. When I asked the front desk to ask someone to clean it, he said no one was available. I asked for another room and they said they were fully booked. The safe in the room was locked and unable to use it. Again I asked the front desk to have someone look at it and no one ever...

"The hotel is conveniently located just a few walks away from a metro station (Hansaring station). The hotel is old and the rooms need a little bit of renovation but over-all it was okay. The hotel offers breakfast buffet for an additional 12 euros."
