"Friendly staff. Room is good size, clean and what you need for a night before a flight. I was impressed by the soundproofing of the windows, while being so close to the airport you can’t barely hear the planes. Only concern I had was with the shuttle. I had specifically asked upon check in how often it runs and/or at what time to ensure I could make it on time for my flight. I was told it was every 5-10min, but when I got to the desk they told me it would rather be 20-25min… this was stressful and I would have planned to leave earlier had I known."

"PROS: The room whilst small is layed out well, clean, tidy and practical. The bathroom is a good size and a decent bath. Staff was super useful and friendly. CONS: The pool is all one depth and just too deep for an average 7yr old to touch, its heated but still a little cold. The parking is $50/night and is a little smelly The TV is a bit of a nightmare to stream to"

"Lovely room close to the international airport, check in was very busy with only two staff so I completed self service check in. I required assistance I called housekeeping, reception and concierge but no answer, I sorted it myself. I was sent the link to online check out which I completed. First tine I have stayed at a hotel with no interaction with a staff member which was interesting."

"We got to the hotel late and had an early flight. There was a long line checking in and only one person at the desk. It was extremely frustrating to have to wait so long to be able to get to our room."
