"I stay at Shangri-La Sydney regularly for business and usually choose the Horizon Club.
However, check-in is almost always delayed. Even though check-in is 3 PM, I’ve had to wait until after 4 PM multiple times, including this visit. What’s disappointing is not just the delay, but the unprofessional attitude and lack of concern.
The lounge service has also declined. During both evening service and breakfast, staff didn’t take orders properly, coffee was delayed, and there was no apology.
I used to come here for the high level of service, but recently it has been quite disappointing."
