“AC in the room was busted, room had a weird smell, front office had an even worse smell. Door was hard to open felt like I was going to break the handle trying to get in and out.”

“Included breakfast was minimal... only dry items like cereal and fruit, no hot food such as eggs, meat, pancakes or waffles. Needed extra pillows... they had none (only 2 pillows per bed were in room), no extra blankets. One bed was good other was so soft that we rolled to the middle bc bed kind of folded from weight. A/C was so extremely loud that it sounded like there was a helicopter in our room. No shampoo or conditioner, no cups for coffee maker in room, no coffee either. Do not recommend,……

“Good location. Appreciated the fridge and microwave. Bed mattress firm and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I requested a pet free room due to a recent asthma flare up and they were very accommodating. The big negative for me was the very strong scented cleaning products. We had to air out the room so it wouldn’t affect my breathing. The strong smell lingered in the lobby. Anyone who is allergic or sensitive to smells would have a problem with it. The soap and shampoo also……

“We noticed in the morning once the bedding had been disturbed that there was what looked like throw up on the side of the undersheet and mattress, and on the wall. I told the person at the desk as we were checking out, and showed him a picture. He said he would get the manager to call me, that never happened. I couldn’t eat the breakfast thinking if that was their standard of cleanliness I wasn’t taking a chance, which was the reason I chose that hotel.”
