“Not as expected. When I booked this hotel after good reviews and seeing all pictures with tourists, I thought this ideal location for stay in Agra. Unfortunately I was wrong it’s not as clean as I expected and had small room. Bathrooms had flies inside. Staff were good and helpful. It was not ideal as other chain hotels. It’s like what you pay is wha you get!!”

“I stayed at Hotel NoVo Agra as a solo traveler, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always available whenever I needed anything, which made me feel very welcomed.
The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained — perfect for a solo trip. The location is also excellent, close to the Taj Mahal and other popular spots, so getting around was very easy.”
